Some events are set up to have certificates automatically generate. These can ONLY be accessed AFTER the event has fully ended and the range is no longer accessible.
The process to join an event has ended is similar as the process to toggle between active events, with one extra step.
1. Join the event that you want to retrieve your certificate for
2. Navigate to "Certificates" and download your certificate
**Note, this is a setting that must be turned on at the event level. If you do not see this option in an event that has ended, then you will need to reach out to your event organizer to get assistance in turning this on.
