COMPLETED 2026-10-29 Scheduled Maintenance: Short Downtime Expected

UPDATE: Maintenance was completed as expected and all services have been restored.

Date: Thursday, October 29, 2026
Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM PT / 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM ET / 12:00 AM – 1:30 AM GMT (October 30)
Expected Duration: Approximately 10 minutes, with up to 90 minutes reserved

We will be performing scheduled maintenance to improve our infrastructure across all cmdnctrl.net domains. While we expect the work to take about 10 minutes, we’ve reserved a ninety-minute window. During this time, the following sites and services will be temporarily unavailable, and a maintenance page will be displayed:

Impact

• Users and administrators will be unable to log in or access the platform during the maintenance window.
• Cyber Ranges will not be launchable, and existing instances will not connect to the scoring system or load properly.
• Courses and Labs will not be launchable from Base Camp.
• Logged-in users may encounter errors. We recommend saving your progress, logging out, and closing all active sessions before 5:00 PM PT.

Additional Information

This maintenance has been scheduled for past business hours Pacific Time to minimize disruption. All systems are expected to be fully operational by 6:30 PM PT at the latest.

If you have any questions regarding this maintenance window, please contact support@cmdnctrlsecurity.com. Updates on any delays or issues will be shared on this page.
