Scheduled Maintenance – September 19, 2026
Courses and SCORM-based training will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance on a supporting service, from 8:00pm to 11:00pm Eastern Time on Friday, September 19, 2026.
Courses will not be able to launch successfully during this time from Base Camp.
This is the only area affected — the rest of the Base Camp platform, including admin access, login, navigation, cyber ranges, and skill labs, will continue to be available as normal throughout the window.
This is occurring during evening hours to minimize impact, and expect course access to be restored by the end of the window (possibly sooner).
