As of approximately 8:00 AM ET on November 12, 2025, an issue was identified affecting the availability of certain vulnerable cyber range instances. Impacted instances were failing to load and remain in a prolonged “Loading” state for users.
At this time, service has been restored and instances of all ranges are successfully building. There is no remaining impact on users and the platform is stable.
